RETURN AND REFUND

We hope you will be pleased with your order, but if you are not, we are happy to refund items. All we ask is that you return them in original packaging and unworn with all original labels. Please return within 7 days, if you would like to discuss your order further please email us quoting your order number.

 

For refunds you must notify us by email to info@Sayna.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods must then be returned unused and unworn with all original bags and swing tags attached within 7 days of your delivery. Once the goods have been accepted back into stock, we will issue you with your refund. Returns can take up to 10 working days to be proceed and a further time for the refund to appear back on your original method of payment. 7 days period is counted from the time that the package is marked delivered by the tracking number.

 

Goods must be returned in the manner that they were sent to you, if you are unable to use the original packaging please ensure that all packaging you use to return your items is of a sufficiently suitable standard as not to cause any damage to the goods. SAYNA LONDON will not refund goods that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition and it is your responsibility to ensure against any faults with your chosen courier.

 

You will need to cover the cost of postage for returns. We recommend you use an insured signed for service as the goods remain under your responsibility until it arrives back at the returns address

 

Items on Sales are not refundable

 

At the time of promotions, multiple codes might be active at the same giving time but customer can NOT combine more than one promotional code for each separate purchase

 

We reserve the right to deny multiple or repeating of exchanges in one or total orders under one customer name

 

Once an item is shipped we can no longer make changes or amend or re-route the address. You must contact the shipping company and provide the tracking number and make that request

 

Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost, we will refund the purchase. However, if the tracking number indicates that the shipment has been delivered and the buyer has not received the item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to report the missing shipment to the courier for investigation. We are no longer responsible for the loss of items once it has been marked as delivered by the courier and signed by the receiver, we can provide additional support by opening an investigation with the proper agent.
