Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered at the given address, we can no longer be responsible for unclaimed and misplaced packages. If the tracking number indicates shipping exception we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve or reship the items to you.
